Our Door-to-Door Vehicle Delivery Service is the easiest, most convenient way to ship your vehicle — no driving required. Yes, Roku Pack provides marine insurance coverage for all vehicle delivered by us. The coverage includes general average, theft, fire, scratch or damage to the vehicle during the delivery process.

4Can I put personal items in my vehicle?

The authorities have banned any personal items to be placed inside the vehicle except for spare tires and vehicle tools (for shipment by RORO). As for vehicle shipment by container, certain categories of items can be placed inside the vehicle (e.g. books, toys, clothes).

5What is the difference between vehicle delivery by RORO and container?

RORO shipping is quick and simple—your car is driven straight onto the ship and safely transported. Container shipping offers premium protection, lets you include personal items, and is perfect for high-value or non-running vehicles.
